Sean Futterman

Sean Futterman is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on luxury residential sales and leasing. Currently serving as an Associate Broker at Compass since October 2017, Sean also holds the title of Licensed Senior Associate Real Estate Broker at Town Residential, a position maintained since February 2015. As President and CEO of Unique Homes NYC, established in September 2013, Sean leads a boutique brokerage specializing in Manhattan's luxury market. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Luxury Sales and Leasing at City Connections Realty, Senior Vice President at Halstead Property, and Sr. Sales Associate at Bellmarc/The Lenox Condo. Sean holds Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from the School of Visual Arts and McBurney.
