Jeff Frazier

Jeff Frazier started their work experience as an Optical Lab Manager at Luxottica Retail in 1994. Jeff then progressed to roles such as General Manager and Regional Quality Coordinator. In 2012, they joined Target Optical as a Regional Team Lead with multi-unit responsibility. Jeff'smost recent role was at Towne Park, where they served as the Vice President and later Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Performance, focusing on leadership development and organizational talent objectives.

Jeff Frazier attended J. Seargant Reynolds from 1999 to 2001, studying Optical Dispensing. In 2022, they also obtained Caliper Certification from Talogy, previously PSI Caliper.
