Harshavardhan Paruchuri has a diverse work experience in the field of design, spanning across various companies and roles.

Harshavardhan started their career as a Freelance Interaction Designer, where they developed interactive apps and content from 2008 to 2012.

In 2013, they worked with Polaris Financial Technology Limited as a UX Design Intern. During their time there, they redesigned the FABx tool, collaborating with the product team to enhance the user experience on both desktop and mobile web platforms.

In 2014, Harshavardhan interned as a UX intern with Microsoft's Office design team. Harshavardhan contributed to the conceptualization of "collaboration on large screen displays."

Subsequently, they joined Practo in 2015 as a Product Designer. Harshavardhan worked on multiple products, including practo.com, and led the redesign of Querent, a data analytics platform with over 700 dashboards.

In 2018, Harshavardhan worked as a Senior UX Designer at Gaian Solutions, focusing on creating smart news applications for Smart Televisions using ATSC 3.0 technology.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Lifion by ADP as a Senior UX Designer. Harshavardhan'swork primarily focused on integrations and client delivery tools, streamlining client onboarding processes. Harshavardhan also contributed to the launch of payroll localization modules and designing integrations and flows for real-time payroll.

In 2021, they joined Darwinbox as a Principal Designer, where they continued to contribute their expertise in design.

Currently, Harshavardhan serves as the Design Lead at Townhall. Harshavardhan'sresponsibilities include overseeing the design team and executing design strategies. Starting in April 2023, they will assume the role of Head of Design.

Harshavardhan Paruchuri pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Btech). Following this, they joined the National Institute of Design from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a Master's degree (M.Des) in Design for Digital Experience.
