Michelle Willson

Michelle Willson currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Township of Brock since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle completed a significant tenure at Housing York Inc. as Director of Housing Finance and CFO from September 2016 to January 2024. Michelle's career also includes various leadership positions at Trent University, including Associate Vice President for Finance and Strategic Enrolment Management, as well as Director of Institutional Planning and Analysis, from March 2010 to September 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Institutional Research at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology from 2004 to March 2010, and as Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities from May 2000 to July 2004. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.
