Jeff Jotz

Jeff Jotz is an experienced municipal clerk and administrator currently serving as the Municipal Clerk/Administrator for the Township of Kingwood since April 2024. With a career in public service spanning over two decades, Jeff has held various positions, including Municipal Clerk for multiple municipalities and Watershed Project Manager for Union County. As a certified USMS/ASCA Level 3 Masters swim coach since 2005, Jeff has also contributed to coaching and open water swim clinics. Educationally, Jeff holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame and an MPA in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark. Jeff’s diverse background includes public information roles, communications management, and consulting services, showcasing a strong commitment to public relations and municipal governance.
