Rob Lawson

Rob Lawson is an accomplished professional in the fields of security and emergency management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of IronRock Security since October 2016. In addition to this role, Rob holds multiple positions within Lakewood Township, NJ, including Code Blue Coordinator and Emergency Management Coordinator, with extensive training in Incident Command System (ICS) protocols. Rob has been recognized as a Chief Law Enforcement Executive by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and retired as Chief of Police from the Lakewood Police Department in August 2016. Rob's expertise is further demonstrated through a long tenure as a certified instructor at the Ocean County Police Academy. Educational qualifications include multiple post-master's certificates and a master's degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Columbia University.
