Chuck Armstrong has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an On-Air Personality at 98.9 the Rock. Chuck then worked as a Digital Director for CUMULUS MEDIA, managing online content and assisting in digital sales and marketing for two radio stations. Following that, Chuck worked as a Columnist for AllAccess.com, where they wrote a bi-weekly column on embracing new media. Chuck also served as the Program Director for 77 WABC Radio, launching Geraldo Rivera's radio show and managing the team. Chuck then worked as a Pastor at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and as the Director for LEAD NYC, nurturing leaders for the spiritual and social flourishing of New York City. Chuck also worked as a Freelance Writer for No Depression and Sojourners, contributing album reviews and interviews. Currently, Chuck is the VP of Content Operations and Host/Showrunner for Loudwire Nights at Townsquare Media. Chuck has also worked as a Freelance Writer and held various roles within Townsquare Media, including Regional Content Director and Digital Specialist.
Chuck Armstrong attended Kansas State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communications with a focus on Electronic Media Production. Following this, they attended Reformed Theological Seminary from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Biblical Studies.
