Kate Cousins

Kate Cousins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the automotive industry. Kate is currently employed at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia as a Senior Multimedia Technical Lead. Prior to this, they worked at BAE Systems Australia as a Senior System Engineer in Land Autonomy and later as a Senior Logistics Analyst. Kate also served as a Board Member at the Society of Automotive Engineers - Australasia. Their extensive experience in the automotive industry includes roles at Holden, where they held positions such as Lead Technical Specialist Engineer, Manager of the Engineering Graduate Program, Specialist Development and Design Engineer, and Project Engineer.

Kate Cousins attended Toorak College from 1991 to 1996, where they completed their high school education. Kate then went on to study at Swinburne University of Technology from 2001 to 2005, earning a bachelor's degree in Engineering (BEng) with a focus on Robotics and Mechatronics. In 2020, Kate enrolled in the Executive Ready Program - Applied Management & Leadership at Women & Leadership Australia (WLA).
