Merve Yilmaz

Merve Yilmaz, MSc., currently serves as a Senior Purchasing Specialist at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V., a role held since August 2022. Previously, Merve worked as a Project Engineer at Magna International from November 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading cost reduction initiatives and engineering changes for various automotive projects, along with PLM system integration and training. Before that, Merve held a similar position at PLASCAM PLASTIK OTO CAM SANAYI VE TICARET A S from December 2016 to October 2018, managing multiple high-profile automotive projects. Early experiences include summer trainee roles at KarcimSA and TUVESAS. Merve holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Sakarya University.
