Darris Hamroun ( He/Him )

Darris Hamroun has extensive work experience in various design roles. Darris started their career in 2008 at fairform GmbH Messe- und Ausstellungsbau as a Designer for product and furnitures. Darris then moved on to Orange in 2008 as a Designer UI/Service. In 2010, they joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as a Designer UI/UX creative, where they focused on designing user interfaces for vehicle HMIs and innovative projects.

In 2016, Hamroun joined Changan Automobile European Designing Center s.r.l as the UX Design Dept Lead and also served as a Designer UI/UX creative. Darris worked in this role until 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Hamroun worked at Capgemini Engineering as a Senior Designer specializing in User Experience, User Interfaces, and Innovation. Darris then transitioned to Capgemini Design Studio in 2022, where they currently hold the position of Senior Product Designer.

Most recently, in 2020, Hamroun joined Toyota Connected Europe as a Senior Product & Experience Designer. With a diverse background and expertise in product and experience design, they bring valuable skills to their current role at Toyota Connected Europe.

Darris Hamroun obtained a Master's degree in Design produit et interactif from Strate College Designers, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended EPMC La Ruche from 2002 to 2004 and achieved a BTS Assistant Création Industrielle degree with a focus on Design produit. In addition to their formal education, Darris also obtained a certification in UX management from Nielsen Norman Group in April 2019.
