Charlotte Kilpatrick has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Charlotte most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Toyota Insurance Management Solutions USA, where they aligned human capital programs with strategic business objectives and implemented machine learning for improved service delivery. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer at Aioi Insurance Services USA. Charlotte has also held senior positions at StackPath, CyrusOne, and Cincinnati Bell, where they managed HR change management, designed talent acquisition strategies, and oversaw compliance programs. Charlotte has an impressive background in talent development, onboarding, and employee recognition.

Charlotte completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama. Afterwards, they pursued further education in Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.

Currently, they are enrolled in Cornell University, where they are studying Diversity and Inclusion. Charlotte is expected to complete their studies in 2022.

Additionally, Charlotte obtained a degree in Project Management from Xavier University. Charlotte has also earned multiple certifications related to their field. Charlotte is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
