Lea Ann King

Lea Ann King serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Toyota Material Handling since September 2014, overseeing legal affairs across various functions, including governmental affairs and corporate compliance. Prior to this role, King held multiple positions at Hill-Rom from December 2007 to August 2014, progressing from Assistant General Counsel to Vice President and Associate General Counsel. King's earlier experience includes working as an attorney at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where significant national litigation cases were handled, and serving as District Manager for the American Diabetes Association. King earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Centre College.
