Tracy Stachniak

Tracy Stachniak SPHR, GPHR, SCP-SHRM serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Toyota Material Handling since January 2005, with a progressive career trajectory including roles such as Director of Human Resources and Training & Development, National Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Tracy also held positions at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. and LTD Commodities, and began a career in the retail sector with Macy's and Pacific Sunwear. In addition to corporate roles, Tracy contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Purdue University - Columbus from January 2017 to February 2019, teaching Human Resources courses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford.
