Jessica M.

Jessica M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jessica started their professional career in 2012 as a Sales Intern for Nordstrom, specializing in Men's Clothing & Furnishings. In 2012, they also joined Target, where they held various positions as an Executive Team Leader, including roles in Guest Experience, Store Operations, and Hardlines/Essentials. In 2018, Jessica joined LeadCar Systems, Inc., where they started as a Human Resources Generalist. Jessica later served as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources in July 2022.

Jessica M. pursued their education starting in 2008 at Indiana University Bloomington. Jessica completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising in 2012. Following this, they attended Edgewood College from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Change.
