Marco Wellington

Marco Wellington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marco began their career as an Ayudante de Ebanistería at Maderas Peña in 1991, where they stayed until 1992. From 1993 to 1994, they worked as an Ayudante de Chapa y Pintura at Mecánicas el Astillero. In 1995, they joined Astinave as an Ayudante de Astillero for a short period of time. In 1996, Marco worked as a Tornero y Soldador at El micrómetro. Marco then moved on to Mecánica Fajardo in 1997, where they worked as a Soldador. Also in 1997, they joined CRIDESA as an Asegurador de Calidad until 2001. Moving forward, Marco worked at Teams Motor from 2001 to 2014, starting as a Responsable de Almacén de Accesorios, and later taking on the roles of Asistente de Dirección and Asesor Comercial. Finally, they became the Sales Director in 2014.

Marco Wellington's education history includes a Técnico Industrial degree in Ingeniería Industrial from Universidad de Guayaquil, obtained between 1998 and 2001. In 2009, they pursued a Dirección de Operaciones y Logística degree in Gestor de Operaciones y Logística from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
