Nikolaj Lei Jacobsen

Nikolaj Lei Jacobsen has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Nikolaj Lei is currently the Chief Executive Officer at TP Aerospace since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the positions of Group COO & CFO from September 2020 to January 2022, and Group CFO from March 2018 to September 2020 at the same company.

Before joining TP Aerospace, Nikolaj worked at Chr. Hansen A/S as the Finance Director and Divisional CFO for the Natural Color Division from January 2015 to February 2018. During their time there, they were responsible for full financial oversight of the division, including driving its transformation and achieving a 10% increase in revenue.

At Novozymes, Nikolaj held several roles starting from 2009. Nikolaj Lei was a Senior Manager, Business Finance from December 2013 to January 2015, where they were responsible for performance management and value creation for the Supply Operation EMA&HQ. Nikolaj Lei also served as a Manager for Finance Business Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Analyst during their tenure at Novozymes.

Earlier in their career, Nikolaj worked as an Ambassador at Nova 100 and held various roles at the University of Aarhus, including IT services and Teaching Assistant.

Nikolaj Lei also briefly worked as a Management Consultant Intern at Accenture, where they were involved in a project to develop a corporate fundraising strategy for a Danish NGO.

Nikolaj Lei Jacobsen completed an executive education course in Driving Strategic Impact from Columbia Business School in 2013. In 2012, they took courses on Strategy and Leadership at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In 2011, they completed a course in Project Management at Copenhagen University College of Engineering. Nikolaj Lei obtained an MSc in Business Administration from Aarhus University in 2009 and an MSc in Business Administration from Deakin University in 2008. In 2007, they received a BSc in Economics and Management from Aarhus University.
