Nima H. has several years of experience in the IT industry. Nima is currently the Head of IT at TP Aerospace since 2023. Before that, they worked at Zealand Pharma as an Associate Director, Head of Infrastructure Engineering from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant at RAYKA from 2014 to 2015, and a Senior Network and Security Manager at KAHKESHAN Moshaver Imen (KNSecure) from 2012 to 2013. Nima also worked as an Infrastructure Operation Manager at IMITECK from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an IT Student Worker at Mancell Chartered Accountants from 2008 to 2009, and as an IT System Administrator at Moallem Insurance Co. from 2000 to 2007.

Nima H. holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology (Network Security) from Deakin University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. They also completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Digital Media Studies at Deakin University during the same period. Prior to that, Nima earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Central Azad University from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Nima has obtained various certifications in areas such as IT strategy, leadership, critical thinking, and cloud computing from institutions like LinkedIn and the European Compliance Academy.
