Varsha Mathew

Varsha Mathew has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Varsha is currently the Human Resources Director at TPC Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HRBP at Meta from May 2021 to October 2022. From October 2017 to April 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Sodexo. Varsha also held the position of Manager of Compensation HRIS & Immigration at Sodexo from February 2011 to October 2017. Before joining Sodexo, Varsha worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Cherokee Nation Businesses from May 2007 to April 2011. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Gas & Shop Inc from October 2006 to May 2007, and as an HR Intern at Human Resource Management Services LLC from May 2005 to October 2006.

Varsha Mathew received their Bachelor's degree in General Psychology and Computer Application from Osmania University - St. Francis College in 2000. Varsha then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2003. In 2004, Varsha enrolled at The University of Tulsa to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In terms of certifications, they obtained a PHR certification from SHRM in 2007. Recently, in 2020, Varsha acquired certifications such as Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from WorldatWork.
