Xander Choi

Xander Choi is an experienced workforce and recruitment manager with a strong background in leading recruitment strategies and managing enterprise client relationships. Currently serving as Workforce Manager at TPD® since April 2021, Xander previously held positions as Recruitment Manager and Recruiting Manager at Mindfield Group and TPD®, respectively, where significant achievements included receiving the “Employee of the Year” award in 2018 and successfully completing a nationwide recruitment project within a tight deadline. Xander's experience encompasses a range of responsibilities, including team leadership, client communication, and strategic planning, along with a proven track record in exceeding recruitment targets and enhancing client satisfaction. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at CertaPro Painters and Inventory Manager at Lugaro, complemented by an education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
