Mike DeSorda

Mike DeSorda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, program management, and strategic project execution across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at TPGi since February 2020, Mike is responsible for enhancing customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction while managing client relationships. Previous roles include Program Manager for Amazon Web Services with a focus on Smart City initiatives, and a series of program management positions at BMC Software, Green Mountain Coffee, Corning, Rain Bird Corp, and Smead Manufacturing, where Mike managed complex projects, led cross-functional teams, and improved operational efficiencies.
