Aaron Slavin

Aaron Slavin is an experienced operations manager currently working at TPi Arcade, INC. since November 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and participating in a leadership program as a manager trainee. Previously, Aaron served as a teacher assistant for the Industrial Engineering Metal Casting Course at Penn State University and gained hands-on experience as a manufacturing engineering intern at Benton Foundry, engaging in various departments within the foundry. Aaron also contributed to research at The Pennsylvania State University, focusing on predictive analytics to reduce hospital readmission rates, and completed an internship as a quality engineer at Harmony Castings, LLC. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
