Glenn Thomas

Glenn Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Glenn started their career at Vestas in 2009 as a Tooling Team Leader, where they led a team in developing tooling and manufacturing methods for wind turbine blades. In 2013, they joined Hengshen Corporation, China's largest domestic producer of PAN carbon fiber, as a Manufacturing Manager. Glenn was responsible for developing the component engineering and technicians department and ensuring the technical requirements of customers were met. In 2016, Glenn joined TPI Composites, Inc. as a Plant Manager and later became Vice President of Global Program Management in 2022.

Glenn Thomas attended Southampton Institute from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Yacht Manufacturing & Surveying.
