Carlo Alberto Bottarelli

Born on August 13, 1953, he graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Federal University of Paraná and obtained a postgraduate degree in business administration from the CDE of the Catholic Faculty of Administration and Economics. Between 1978 and 2003, he worked as a resident engineer at Ivaí Engenharia de Obras SA, which operates in the civil construction segment of large projects. He was superintendent of works in the State of Paraná. At Ivaí Engenharia de Obras SA he was responsible for the operational and development directors. He has worked at Triunfo Participações e Investimentos SA since 2003, performing various functions related to the Company's decision-making and strategic processes. He served as chairman of the Board of Directors during the IPO and as Director of New Business Development, he structured the economic and financial feasibility project for the Navegantes Port Terminal. He was appointed Investor Relations Officer shortly after the IPO was concluded, remaining in the position until 2009. He has been the Company's CEO since 2005 and Investor Relations Officer from February 2018 to April 2020. Carlo serves as a director in the following affiliates /subsidiaries: Aeroportos Brasil SA, Aeroportos Brasil – Viracopos SA, Osório Porto Alegre Highway Concessionaire – CONCEPA, Juiz de Fora Highway Concession Company – RIO (CONCER), Empresa Concessionária de Rodovias do Norte SA – ECONORTE, Maestra Navageção e Logística SA , NTL – Nevagação e Logística SA, PORTONAVE SA.
