Taheran Sidik Prabowo has extensive experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as the General Affair Section Head at TPPI since June 2006, Taheran oversees general affairs and service activities, ensuring quality service delivery that supports plant operations. Responsibilities include proposing and implementing procedures to enhance service quality. Previously, from March 1996 to May 2006, Taheran worked as a Senior Service Advisor at PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Sales Operation, where responsibilities included following the Toyota Service Advisor procedures to manage repair needs and service delivery.
