Amber Polley

Amber Polley is a Senior Service Designer at TPXimpact, with extensive experience in designing user-centered services across various sectors. Currently consulting for the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, Amber previously contributed to NHSX's mission to transform citizen-facing services. With a strong background at Nomensa, roles ranged from Principal UX Consultant to Graduate UX Consultant, during which Amber led teams and projects for notable clients like Highways England, Dyson, and NHS Digital. Early career experience included positions at The Guinness Partnership and Colour Me Social. Amber holds a BSc in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Bristol.
