Lead Service Designer at TPXimpact

David Robson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David currently works at TPXimpact as a Lead Service Designer, where they are responsible for reimagining public services to create better outcomes for people. Prior to that, they worked at NHS England as a Strategy Advisor, addressing service strategy and design challenges for the healthcare sector.

David also has experience as a Freelance Service Designer, where they led projects in sports technology and innovation, online fitness platforms, and conducted their own research study on voluntary care. Earlier in their career, they worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant, leading a team in designing and launching an innovation fund for healthcare charities and NGOs.

Before that, David worked at Amazon as a Campaign Manager, focusing on digital marketing for toothbrushes. David also participated in a graduate development program at Cobham and held internships at Roche, where they gained experience in strategic analysis and medical excellence.

David's work experience also includes a role as a Sales Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and contributing to the management of a website called High&bye.com. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated a passion for service design and making a positive impact in various sectors.

In 2020, they attended Experience Haus and obtained a degree in Service Design.

From 2010 to 2013, they attended the University of Birmingham, where they obtained a degree in English and History.

In 2016, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for the Emerging Leaders Programme.

The institutions from which they obtained these certifications include Coventry University, British Council, Accenture, IDEO U, Service Design Network, launchlabs Berlin, Synergy Healthcare Research Ltd, and Scrum.org, among others. The years of obtaining these certifications range from 2014 to 2023.
