Paul Pompier has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paul served as a Lead Engineer at TQI Solutions Inc from July 2008, where they were responsible for supporting the testing, certification, and fielding activities of the Fleet Maintenance Technical Branch. Paul also managed IT Portfolio, IA certification, and SCD management for software applications.
In 2008, they worked as a Program Management Support at United States Fleet Forces Command, where they led the Requirements team and supported the U.S. Fleet Forces Maintenance Requirements Management Board.
From December 2006 to 2008, Paul was employed at Defense Information Services Agency as the NECC T&E Branch Chief. In this role, they developed and implemented a comprehensive integrated test and evaluation strategy for the NECC program. Paul also handled various responsibilities including joint strategic planning, drafting DoD acquisition documents, determining program infrastructure requirements, and establishing earned value metrics.
Additionally, Paul worked as the T&E Branch Chief at DISA in 2006-2007 and as an F-14 Flight Instructor at VF-101 from 1989 to 1991.
Paul Pompier completed their education from 1997 to 2000 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they earned a Master's degree in Aeronautics.
