Andrei Napradean

Andrei Napradean's work experience begins in 2019 when they worked as a Java Intern at Accenture. From there, they joined accesaeu in 2020 as an RPA Intern before moving on to become an RPA Developer. At accesaeu, they gained experience in automating various industries such as automotive, utilities, and healthcare. Andrei designed and implemented automations for car garage services, developed a process for tracking errors in vending machines, and delivered an RPA solution to extract handwritten text from patient forms for an epilepsy clinic. In 2022, Andrei joined Tquila Automation as an RPA Developer. Their responsibilities included designing, implementing, and revamping bots for flight companies. Andrei also served as an Internship Mentor, partnering with universities to hold courses and mentor students for RPA diploma theses.

Andrei Napradean obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" in Cluj-Napoca from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul National Vasile Lucaciu Baia Mare from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Andrei also acquired several certifications including being a Certified Trainer (UiPath) from the National Qualifications Authority in July 2022, a UiPath Certified Advanced Developer from UiPath in September 2020, and a Cambridge English Advanced certification from Cambridge Assessment English in 2016.
