Tom Swanson

Tom Swanson is an experienced project manager and engineering manager with a strong background in low voltage systems integration and telecommunications. Currently serving as a PM at T&R Communications, Inc. since December 2018, Tom also holds the position of Engineering Manager at Trofholz Technologies since March 2015, where responsibilities include directing and approving project designs and managing budgets for the LV Systems Integration Division. As a Senior Engineering Consultant at Swanson I.T. Engineering since 2012, Tom specializes in MEP Telecom LV Systems Design for Intel Corp. and Global Acquisitions. Previous experience includes managing low voltage systems projects at Sacramento Airport while with Austin Commercial from 2009 to 2012, and serving as Project Manager with Rex Moore Electrical Contractors & Engineers from 2003 to 2009, alongside a role at Sasco Electrical Contractors focused on nationwide telecommunications project management for Sun Microsystems from 1995 to 1999.
