Rachael (Bernier) Costner

Rachael (Bernier) Costner's work experience includes serving as the Community Relations Manager at TRA Medical Imaging from 2016 to the present. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Diagnostic Imaging Northwest/Medical Imaging Northwest from 2009 to 2016. Before that, they were the CEO at Sands Costner from 2000 to 2009. In 1998, Rachael started their own business as the Owner of Women's Resource NW.

Rachael (Bernier) Costner began their education in 1972 at Chula Vista High School and later continued their studies at El Cajon High School, completing their secondary education in 1976. In 1977, they enrolled at San Diego State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Communications. Rachael'sacademic journey at San Diego State University spanned from 1977 to 1982, ultimately earning their degree in the aforementioned field of study.
