Laura Serrano

Laura Serrano has worked in various roles within the tech industry since 2014. Laura began their career as an Apple Solutions Consultant at Mac Center in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Agência S3 as a UX Designer, where they worked closely with clients to develop a content strategy and ideate their brand and website. In 2016, they worked with Contract Wrangler, Inc. as a Product Manager, Product Designer & Researcher, User Experience Designer, and Designer. That same year, they also worked as a Sponsored UX Designer & Researcher at Microsoft, where they collaborated with the design and service team and completed usability testing based on extensive field studies. In 2021, they joined Traackr as a Product Manager, and in 2022 they became the Managing Partner at Ellas.

Laura Serrano received their Bachelor's Degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2016. Laura attended the school from 2012 to 2016.
