Mikael Grave has over 25 years of work experience. Mikael started their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer at the European Synchrontron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble, France. In 1995, they moved to the French Embassy in Canada (Ottawa) as a Scientific Attaché. In 1996, they co-founded Webmotion and served as its Chief Technical Officer. From 2008 to 2010, they served as Scientific Advisor at the Saint Paul Higher Institute in Cambodia, where they had an advisory role about the curriculum content, the IT infrastructure and executive staff recruitment. From 2010 to present, they have held the roles of SVP, Engineering & Data and VP, Product at Traackr.
Mikael Grave obtained a double major MS in Software Engineering and Management from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne in the years 1991-1994. In March 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
