Jessica Xu

Jessica Xu currently serves as the Head of Finance at Traba, an organization focused on optimizing global supply chains and connecting industrial businesses with reliable workers. Previously, Jessica held significant roles at Coupang, including Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Coupang Eats, where responsibilities encompassed managing full P&L, executing a business roadmap, and driving growth from $30 million to $3 billion GMV within three years. Jessica has also been involved in strategic finance, analytics, and operational excellence at Coupang, alongside leading investments at SoftBank Investment Advisers in notable tech firms. Earlier experience includes investment banking at Citi, technology consulting at Accenture, and a software engineering role at Qualcomm. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University.
