Florent Colinet

Florent Colinet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Florent started their career as a Stagiaire at Snecma in 2006. Florent then worked as a Planificateur de Production at ODS BUSINESS SERVICES from December 2007 to March 2008. After that, they completed a stage as a Contrôle de gestion at Clinique Mozart from July 2010 to February 2011.

Colinet then joined PwC in September 2011, where they held various roles. Florent worked as a Superviseur - Expert Conseil, handling tasks such as quarterly reporting for investment funds, annual closures, tax assistance, and specific taxation. Florent also conducted legal audits and aided in the consolidation of a group of five companies. Florent worked at PwC until February 2018, during which time they also served as a Manager - Financial Audit, overseeing annual and semiannual audits for clients such as Keolis, Cap Gemini Sogeti, British Telecom, and more.

In 2018, Colinet joined Trace One as a Finance Group Controller. Florent was responsible for monthly reporting of two consolidation sets in IFRS GAAP, monitoring the evolution of IFRS standards, managing group cash forecast, overseeing bank covenants, and participating as a project manager in the implementation of a new tool for reporting and consolidation. Florent also handled statutory consolidation, prepared board materials, and acted as a business partner to the Sales department. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Group CFO at Trace One.

Florent Colinet completed their education at the Paris School of Business from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Audit et Expertise Comptable. Prior to this, they attended the IUT Evry from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a DUT in Gestion, transports et logistique. In addition to their formal education, Florent Colinet also received a certification in Analyse Financière from the FIRST FINANCE Institute, although the specific timeframe in which they obtained this certification is not provided.
