Hortense Bulard

Hortense Bulard has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Hortense started their career as an Activity Organizer at Les Tourelles, a children's outdoor activity center in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Activity Organizer for a Summer camp at Les vacances du zèbre.

In 2010, Hortense worked briefly as a Laboratory Technician at Snecma's Space Engines division. The following year, they became a Laboratory Technician in Centre for Environmental Management at Central Queensland University. In this role, they conducted research and analysis on natural organic matter in water, as well as studied the environmental impact assessment of pollution in the ecosystem.

In 2012, Hortense joined Carrefour as a Development and Quality Engineer, focusing on the development of non-food products such as windshield wiper blades, sun visors, and painting equipment. Hortense worked in this position until October 2012.

From November 2012 to April 2019, Hortense worked at Trace One. Hortense started as a Software Quality Engineer - QA Lead, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of the internet platform for various projects. Hortense 'sduties included analyzing functional specifications, developing functional tests, identifying and informing the development team about defects, and implementing reporting tools. Hortense also managed an offshore team, defining schedules and reviewing test plans.

During their time at Trace One, Hortense held different roles, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, and currently, Product Manager. As a Product Manager, they oversee the management and development of Trace One's products.

From 2011 to 2012, Hortense attended Institut de Gestion de Rennes (IGR - réseau IAE) Université de Rennes 1, where they obtained a Master's degree in Master II Law, Economic and Management in Business Administration.
