Benedict Jones

Benedict Jones is the CEO at Traced. Prior to joining Traced, they were the Senior Channel Sales Engineer at Sophos from October 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creating, reviewing, and delivering technical training to Technical and Sales teams, demonstrating, designing, and implementing Cybersecurity solutions for organizations, and marketing event public speaking (IPExpo, Cloud Expo, InfoSec, Business Expo etc.).

From August 2016 to October 2017, Benedict Jones was the Technical Support Appliance Specialist at McAfee. In this role, they efficiently managed and prioritized complex technical escalations from our sales team for high profile customers opportuning high value projects. Benedict also designed and implemented bespoke security solutions for customers, provided technical support for a diverse range of cyber security products with specialism in linux/unix, and consistently achieved the Highest volume of positive NPS customer satisfaction surveys within their team for many consecutive quarters.

Prior to joining McAfee, Benedict Jones was the Senior Technical Support Consultant at RM Education from October 2013 to August 2016.

Benedict Jones has a Bachelor of Science in Sound Technology and Digital Music from Oxford Brookes University. Benedict also has certification from VMware in VCP6-DCV.
