Dan Walles has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dan began their career at Papyrus Design Group as an Associate Director from 1993 to 1998. Dan then moved to Sensitech, where they held various positions including Program Manager/Manager, Engineering Programs from 1998 to 2000, and later Product Manager from 2000 to 2004. At Sensitech, they managed teams and led projects related to cold chain information products and services.
In 2004, Dan joined SupplyScape as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for product ownership and sales engineering support. Dan later became the Director of Product Management from 2006 to 2009, where they led product definition, user interface design, and business development activities.
From 2009 to 2010, Dan worked at Covectra as the Director of Strategic Accounts and Programs. Their responsibilities included managing strategic accounts and programs for the company.
Since 2010, Dan has been working at TraceLink in various roles. Dan started as the Director of TraceLink Network Development from 2010 to 2013. Dan then became the Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success from 2013 to 2015, and concurrently held the position of Vice President of Global Pre-Sales and Partnerships until 2018. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of Track & Trace/Compliance and as the Vice President of Solution Marketing at TraceLink.
Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated expertise in areas such as product management, sales engineering, business development, and customer success.
Dan Walles attended Woburn High School from 1986 to 1989, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1989 and 1993. After a gap of a few years, from 1999 to 2004, Dan Walles enrolled in the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University, from where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing Strategy and Information Technology.
