Jay Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jay started their career as a System Engineer at Polaris Software Lab Ltd. in 1996 and later worked as a Software Engineer at HCL Infosystems Ltd. from 1997 to 1999. Jay then joined HCL Technologies America Inc. as a Software Engineer and worked on system implementation for CIGNA Insurance.

In 2000, Jay joined Acsis, Inc. as a Development & Integration Specialist, where they were responsible for custom warehouse and manufacturing app development and integration with the Enterprise Supply Chain. Jay then transitioned to the role of Sr. Product Developer, contributing to the design, development, and integration of the Enterprise Serialization solution for end-to-end supply network visibility and brand protection. In 2013, they became a Sr. Integration Specialist, focusing on serialization challenges for Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals and collaborating with solution engineers and project managers.

Since 2015, Jay has been working at TraceLink as a Technical Architect and later as a Senior Integration Architect, specializing in Network Integration. Jay has played a vital role in protecting patients, enabling health, growing profits, and ensuring compliance for companies in the Life Sciences network through the TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud.
