Karan Chadha

Karan Chadha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Karan began their career as an intern at GENPACT in 2012, followed by a role as a Software Developer Intern at Dell in 2014. At Dell, they worked on iSCSI-based storage area network systems architecture and successfully resolved bugs in the code.

In 2013, Karan worked as an AHA tech support Tier 1 at Apple, providing technical support to customers. The following year, they joined The University of Arizona as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, where they contributed to various projects and provided instructional support.

From 2015 to 2019, Karan worked at Dell EMC. Initially hired as a Senior Software Engineer, they received the Dell bronze award for leading the design and development of firmware features. Karan also played a key role in designing and implementing a multi-threaded daemon for automating configuration of Dell's compellent storage platforms. Later, they were promoted to Principal Software Engineer, leading the design, development, and maintenance of backend applications for a supply chain SaaS platform. Karan also spearheaded the development of a low code/no code development environment.
