Rachel Hummrich

Principal Network Success Manager at TraceLink

Rachel Hummrich began their work experience in 2006 at Cass Information Systems, where they initially worked as a Client Account Manager II from July 2006 to February 2015. Rachel then transitioned to the role of Business Systems Analyst from February 2015 to November 2016.

In November 2016, Rachel joined TraceLink as a Team Lead, Network Success Manager. Rachel held this position until May 2022, after which they were promoted to the role of Principal Network Success Manager, which they currently hold as of March 2022.

Rachel Hummrich earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Bridgewater State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their degree, Rachel has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the DSCSA Specialist certification from TraceLink, which they obtained in March 2023, the Customer Service: Serving Internal Customers certification from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2018, and the Track & Trace Services Certified Administrator certification, also from TraceLink, obtained in October 2019.
