Rashko Roydov has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Loan Portfolio Manager at Raiffeisen Bank, where they managed one of the bank's largest corporate loan portfolios and implemented a new Collateral Management System.

In 2009, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Manager in the Brand Drugs and Medical Devices Division at KMART PHARMACY. Rashko was responsible for managing buying and market strategy for a $1 billion+ pharmacy business, developing annual pharmacy front-end planograms, and coordinating in-store clinics.

From 2011 to 2013, Rashko worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as an E-Commerce Category Manager for Sears.com & Kmart.com. Rashko successfully managed an online category P&L, increasing revenue by 30% and earning the Business Unit Award for Best Revenue and Margin Performance.

Rashko then joined CVS Health as a Sr. Marketing Manager - ExtraCare from 2013 to 2015. Rashko played a key role in generating 65% of the in-store revenue for the ExtraCare loyalty program, launching personalized campaigns resulting in a 35% sales growth, and training internal and partner data analysts on customer-centric insights.

Since 2015, Rashko has been employed at TraceLink, where they have held multiple roles. Rashko started as the General Manager of the Healthcare Business Unit, leading a team of 17 and surpassing competitors' customer base by acquiring 300+ US business customers. Later, they became the Sr. Director of Analytics and Market Intelligence, introducing a business intelligence tool and establishing a reporting and insights infrastructure. Currently, Rashko holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations and Analytics.

Rashko Roydov holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Forecasting and Planning in Corporate Strategy from the University of National and World Economy, attending from 2004 to 2005. Rashko also obtained a Dual Bachelor's Degree in International Economic Relations and Finance from the same university, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.

Additionally, Rashko has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In February 2022, they completed the Applied Data Science Program from MIT Professional Education. In August 2018, they obtained the certification for "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from MIT Sloan School of Management. Furthermore, Rashko acquired certifications in "Building Deep Learning Applications with Keras 2.0" and "Building and Deploying Deep Learning Applications with TensorFlow" in March 2018, both from LinkedIn.
