Swapnil Menge's work experience starts in 2014 as a Test Automation Engineer at QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Swapnil worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined Larsen & Toubro Infotech / L&T Infotech as a Test Automation Engineer, leaving in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Swapnil worked as a Senior Test Analyst at TIAA. Currently, they are employed at TraceLink as an SDET III. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Software Engineer in Test, Senior.

Swapnil Menge completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering in Navi Mumbai, Kharghar. Swapnil attended this college from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they obtained their SSC degree from S.M.B. High School in Goantale, Dapoli, in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Swapnil also earned a certification in Oracle 11g from Oracle in April 2014.
