Ben Metcalfe

Ben Metcalfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in subsea engineering and project management. Currently serving as Technology & Project Manager at Tracerco Ltd since June 2009, Ben oversees a team dedicated to the delivery of subsea inspection projects and provides global technical authority for measurement and sensing solutions in subsea systems. Previous roles at Tracerco include Market Manager, Technical Manager, Head of Projects, and Project Manager, all focused on enhancing project delivery and technical support. Prior to joining Tracerco, Ben held various engineering and project management positions at Johnson Matthey and Cleveland Potash, gaining expertise in compliance, engineering design, and operational maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Subsea Engineering & Management from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Teesside University, among other credentials in engineering and project management.
