Jaspreet Nijjar

Jaspreet Nijjar is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Tracerco, responsible for the UK, Ireland, and Norway in the process diagnostics sector since September 2022. Previously, Jaspreet worked at Johnson Matthey in various roles, including Sales Representative for the Catalyst Technologies Fuels and Energy Team and Lead Researcher for the Refinery Purification Team from September 2018 to August 2022. An academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from Durham University, completed in December 2017, focusing on selective olefin oligomerisation catalysis in collaboration with Sasol Technology. Additional experience includes an industrial placement at Johnson Matthey Technology Centre and summer placements at AkzoNobel, encompassing roles in Marine Sales and R&D. Jaspreet holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Durham University and foundational education at Central Newcastle High School.
