William Mihlbauer

William Mihlbauer has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing roles, particularly in the sheet metal production and assembly processes. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician and Sheet Metal Worker at Trachte Building Systems since July 2011, William has a history of managing work orders, operating machinery, and producing proposal drawings. Previous positions include Assembly Process Technician and Line Lead at Uniek, Inc., where William was involved in machine setup, quality control, and the implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques. William's career began in the U.S. Navy as a Machine Shop Assistant Supervisor, followed by roles as a CNC Lathe Operator and Construction Mechanic in the Naval Reserve. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in CAD Drafting from Herzing College and a Technical degree in Machine Tooling Techniques from Madison Area Technical College.
