Michelle Jennings has extensive experience in customer service and facilities coordination. Currently serving as a Facilities/Exceptions Specialist at LogistiCare since December 2017, responsibilities include educating facilities about services, managing patient trips, and resolving patient issues in collaboration with facility case managers. Concurrently, Michelle has worked as a Remote Agent for InService America since January 2015, handling diverse customer service calls. Previous positions include customer service roles at Traci Lynn Jewelry, the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, STARTEK, Intersections Inc., Bank of America, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where skills in communication, problem-solving, and data management were developed. Michelle holds an Associate’s Degree in Christian Studies from Ohio Christian University and graduated from Linden High School.
