Carla Buggs has extensive experience in credit, collections, and financial management, currently serving in the Credit & Collections role at Fastly since June 2018, where Carla manages a $145M portfolio and collaborates with various teams to optimize billing and collections processes. As the Founder and COO of Bay Area Black Market since May 2016, Carla oversees integration project management. Additionally, Carla has held leadership positions such as CEO and Project Manager at Nail Professionals, and has demonstrated expertise in billing and collections through roles at OpenDNS, ToutApp, and UCSF, where Carla significantly improved accounts receivable processes and reduced delinquency.
