Dexter John Luciano

Dexter John Luciano is a skilled Back End Developer at Trackerteer Corporation since December 2023, with a robust background in information systems and application development, previously serving as an Information Systems Analyst II and Computer Programmer I at the Philippine Rice Research Institute from November 2019 to December 2023.
