Darian Grubb

Darian Grubb has extensive work experience in the motorsports industry. Darian most recently served as the Director of Performance at Trackhouse Entertainment Group and Chip Ganassi Racing Teams in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hendrick Motorsports as a Technical Director from 2018 to 2020, a Crew Chief from 2017 to 2018, and a Production Manager from 2016 to 2017. Darian also worked as a Crew Chief at Joe Gibbs Racing from 2012 to 2015 and at Stewart-Haas Racing, LLC from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Hendrick Motorsports, including Lead Engineer, Crew Chief, Lead Race Engineer, and 48 Team Engineer from 2003 to 2008. Darian began their career as an Engineer at Petty Enterprises from 2000 to 2002 and as a Product Development Engineer at Volvo Trucks from 1998 to 2000. Darian also gained experience as a Co-Op/Intern at General Motors from 1997 to 1997 and at Volvo Trucks from 1994 to 1996.

Darian Grubb attended Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
