João Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. João began their career in 2002 at Kia Motors Corporation as a Direct Sales Specialist. In 2004, they joined ICTS Europe as a Team Lead before transitioning to Frimais in 2006, where they worked as a Field Sales Representative. João then joined Teleperformance in 2007 as an Operador Call Center _ Team Leader. In 2011, they joined Comut as a Contact Center Operations Manager, where they managed a team of call center operators and provided support to the commercial director. From 2012 to 2014, João worked at SEDIMAP, serving as the Head of Commercial Department and later as a Contact Center and Backoffice Coordinator & Customer Success Manager. In 2014, they joined TRACKiT Consulting as a Sales Operation Manager and Lead Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing sales operations, contracts, SLAs, and customer care. João is currently working at TRACKiT Consulting as a Business Development & Channel Manager, focusing on business consulting, strategy, sales, and sales automation, including the launch of new business.

João Rodrigues is currently pursuing a degree in Gestão at Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais. Previously, they obtained a Técnico nivel 3 degree in Técnico comercial from Instituto Profissional de Setúbal.
